Privacy Notice and Personal Data Collection Statement 私隱聲明與個人資料收集說明
In short: we collect your name, phone number, and any description you choose to provide. We use them only to contact you about this case. We do not sell them, do not use them for marketing, and do not transfer them to third parties for their own purposes.
簡要說明：我們收集你的姓名、電話號碼，以及你自願填寫的情況描述。這些資料僅用於就本次案件與你聯絡。我們不出售、不用於推銷，也不會轉交第三方作其自身用途。

2. Why we collect it 2. 收集目的
- To contact you regarding the case you submitted;
- 就你提交的案件與你聯絡；
- To help organise a timeline and prepare materials for a police report or bank claim;
- 協助整理時間線，準備報案或銀行申訴所需材料；
- To prevent abusive or automated submissions (rate limiting and bot filtering);
- 防範濫用或自動化提交（限流與機械人過濾）；
- To measure consultation volume and improve the information on this page.
- 統計諮詢量，改善本頁內容。
We do not use your personal data for purposes beyond those stated above, and we do not send marketing messages.
我們不會將你的個人資料用於上述目的以外的用途，亦不會發送推銷訊息。
3. Retention 3. 保存期限
Enquiry records are retained for 365 days from the date of submission and then deleted automatically. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see section 6).
諮詢紀錄自提交日起保存 365 天，期滿自動刪除。你可隨時要求提前刪除（見第 6 節）。
4. Disclosure 4. 資料披露
We do not provide your personal data to third parties except:

- With your explicit consent, to a collaborating lawyer or relevant body for the purpose of advancing your case;
- 經你明確同意，為推進案件而提供給合作律師或相關機構；
- Where required by law, court order, or a competent authority;
- 法律、法院命令或主管機關依法要求；
- To technical service providers (such as hosting or notification services) that process data only on our instructions.
- 技術服務供應商（如主機或通知服務），且僅按我方指示處理資料。
5. Security 5. 安全措施
- HTTPS encryption in transit across the site;
- 全站 HTTPS 傳輸加密；
- Data stored in an access-controlled database, with the administrative interface protected by authentication;
- 資料存放於受存取控制的資料庫，管理介面須通過身份驗證；
- Access and export actions are logged.
- 存取與匯出操作均留有紀錄。
6. Your rights 6. 你的權利
Under the PDPA you may:
依據 PDPA，你有權：
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- 查閱我們持有關於你的個人資料；
- Request correction of inaccurate data;
- 要求更正不準確的資料；
- Withdraw consent and request deletion;
- 撤回同意並要求刪除；
- Ask how your data has been used in the past year.
- 了解過去一年內資料的使用方式。

7. Important warning about recovery fraud 7. 關於「追回詐騙」的重要提醒
No organisation should ever ask you for an OTP, internet banking password, or an upfront payment in order to recover funds. The Singapore Police Force has issued a public advisory about fake advertisements using AI-generated images of police officers to promote "scam recovery services"; those advertisements direct victims to online forms requesting contact details. If anyone contacts you claiming they can recover your money, verify independently before providing any information.
任何機構都不應為了追回款項而向你索取 OTP、網銀密碼或要求預先付款。新加坡警察部隊已發出公開公告，指有不法分子使用 AI 生成的警官形象投放假廣告，推廣所謂「詐騙追回服務」，並引導受害者填寫索取聯絡資料的線上表格。如有人聲稱能替你追回款項，請先獨立核實，再提供任何資料。
8. Minors 8. 未成年人
This service is intended for persons aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, please submit your details together with a parent or guardian.
本服務對象為 18 歲或以上人士。如你未滿 18 歲，請在父母或監護人陪同下提交資料。
9. Complaints 9. 投訴
If you have concerns about how we handle your data, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) at pdpc.gov.sg. 如對我們的資料處理方式有疑問，可向新加坡個人資料保護委員會（PDPC）反映：pdpc.gov.sg。
10. Changes to this notice 10. 聲明變更
Any update to this notice will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated notice.
